Fiona Coldicott - Curate

Fi was ordained and joined St John’s as the Curate in June 2023. She
has a background in the education sector, having worked in a pre-school
and as a teaching assistant in a primary school for several years. Fi’s
husband is also a vicar, and they have three adult children, and a cat
called Venus! Fi is a Distinctive Deacon, which means she is called to
build bridges between the community and church, and to seek out the
sick and lonely in the forgotten corners of the world. It is a calling to both
service and mission which she loves! To relax she reads murder mystery
and sci-fi novels, and you can often find her at the coast on her day off,
enjoying a caramel latte or walking on the beach!
