THY KINGDOM COME

THY KINGDOM COME - Prayer events at St John’s Copthorne(11 days)  Thu 9 May – Sun 19 May

Thy Kingdom Come (TKC) is a global prayer movement that started in May 2016 which invites Christians around the world to pray from Ascension to Pentecost for more people to come to know Jesus. During these 11 days here at St John’s we will have a TKC focus at all our regular DAILY PRAYER events, in addition to these will also have THREE special PRAYER & PRAISE events on: Thu 9th May, Wed 15th May and Sat 18th May at 7.30pm in church. For more info find below all our TKC events happening at St John’s in the coming weeks. Come along an join us for any of these events.  We believe that time spent in prayer is never wasted, but it instead it has the power to change us, change our situation and that of others.

During this 'Thy Kingdome Come' it is hoped that everyone who takes part (collectively or on their own )will in some way:

  • Deepen their own relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Pray for 5 friends or family to come to faith in Jesus.
  • Pray for the empowerment of the Spirit that we would be effective in our witness.
